Tapered floating hose

Tapered floatinghose is used in THSD Dredging Project, with dredgers forsilt/gravels conveyance. The suitable conveyance matters areusually mud, clay, fine sand, fine-mid sand and so on. The suitableworking temperature is from -20°C to +50°C.

This type ofhose is suitable to form dredging pipelines working under impactfrom huge sea waves for its lower barycentre, impact withstand ablecapability, less specific gravity, reasonable configuration, easyand convenient installation and transportation.

Structure:

Tapered floatinghoses are available as mainline, special reinforced mooring,tapered connecting hose and other designs.

1. Consist of aninner discharge hose with build in steel nipples.

2. A floatationbody made out of a closed cell PE foam will be built around theentire hose. 3.The floating body is covered by a reinforced rubbershell suitable to withstand severe sea conditions as well ashandling influences.
